From the buttery croissants at Le Faubourg to the unexpected places hiding behind the corners of small streets and shops, Paris is a new adventure each day. C'est la vie, tu sais? With only two suitcases to stash the next 9 months of my life, I arrived in Paris almost two weeks ago and not sure what to expect. But with spontaneous trips to Trocadéro for the Eiffel Tower's beautiful viewing show and with each new piece of Parisian knowledge, I'm beginning to see that my time in the city of light and love is going to be just as unpredictable as its infamous protests and its fluctuating flight rates to Nice or Cannes (which I am currently trying to book, with difficulty). As much as I want to know every avenue and boulevard like the back of my hand, I can't wait to get lost in this city and learn the Parisian way of life.
